First Check your operating sytem may b your sytem have low hardwere and if u have low minimum hardwere for Watch Dogs, and than letest version update and if does not work in window 7 32bit and than installed the window7 64bit may b also fixes this problm in window.
and i tell u the narmolly issue is not cause by Developer. this isssue cause in our operating system.
1. Watch Dogs doesn’t start.
Re-install the game and check the cache through Steam:
Put the game folder (steamapps/common) and paste anywhere else on your hard drive and give it a different name.
Delete the contents of the game from your Steam profile.
Put the game folder back to its original destination and rename it to “Watch_Dogs” again.
Re-install the game at Steam. After this additional 1.2 Gbytes will appear in the game folder.
2. Watch Dogs Crashes. APPCRASH error.
If you play on a laptop and you have an AMD graphics card, then go to the Catalyst Control Center and select the Games tab. Disable the “AMD Radeon Dual Graphics” function.
